One of the most common causes of streaming issues is weak or intermittent internet connectivity. Frequent rebuffering or loading, problems starting the Marquee app, error messages stating "Cannot connect to the internet," or trouble playing a performance on your device generally indicate a slow or interrupted internet connection.
We recommend a broadband speed of at least 4 Megabits per second (mbps) for the best viewing experience with HD video.
Slower broadband speeds will mean a lower video quality. 0.5 mbps, or 541 kbps, is the minimum requirement for the programmes to play. You can also choose the video quality by clicking the gear icon in the lower right corner of the player. Selecting a lower video quality will enable the video to load more quickly.
