If you've triggered a password reset, but haven't gotten a password reset email, please double check the following:
1. Sign-in Method
If you registered via "Login with Google" or "Login with Facebook" then you will not get a password reset email, because we can not reset your Google or Facebook passwords. Note that even if you have a gmail account, you can't use login with Google unless you registered that way.
2. Check Your Spam Folder
The email would come from support@marquee.tv, which you should add to your address book, preferred senders list.
3. Correct Email Address
Please make sure your email address is correct, that there are no typos, and you've entered an email address that you know has a subscription (eg. not an alternative address that doesn't have a subscription).
If you still have issues, pleases email support@marquee.tv and we will troubleshoot further (hint, it's likely because it's the wrong email address)
