If your email or password is not recognized, this is typically to one of the following reasons:
1. You misspelled your password or email address.
This happens rather frequently - a .com becomes a .con, @gmail becomes @gmai .

If that still doesn't work, please email email@example.com
To help us locate your account more quickly, you may be asked for the last four digits of your credit card.
We will never ask for more credit card information than this - as part of keeping your information safe, all we will ever have access to is the last four digits and your expiration date.
2. You are logging in with the wrong email address, or with the wrong method.
We all have multiple email addresses, and sometimes we forget which is which. It's ok - it happens.
A bit more confusing can be people using the Login with Google or Facebook option when they've registered with an email login, or vice versa. The important thing is to sign in with the method that you used to create your account.
