Problem:
The video keeps starting over from the beginning after 5 or 15 minutes.
Solution for Chromecast Users:
This problem is typically a compatibility issue caused by older chromecast devices that do not support 1080p content, or transition cleanly between 25 and 30fps content.

The likely culprit is a connectivity issue. Please email support@marquee.tv to troubleshoot. To expedite our help, please provide specific details about how you are using Marquee, including what devices and apps you are using.
Other Possibilities:
- Make sure you are using the most recent version of the app, or if using a browser, that your browser is supported
- Check to make sure your device is connected to the proper router
