    on the My Account page I see:

     

    Recurring Purchases
    You have cancelled your subscription.

     

    I want to know the date on which it was cancelled.

    I have email Support 4 times and not received an answer to my question. Must I turn to Twitter/Facebook to elicit a response, and register my complaint at poor service?
