Question:
Can I get a refund?
Answer:
As per our terms of service, all subscription or transactional payments to Marquee are strictly non-refundable, in whole or in part. All cancellations are effective on the subscription's next renewal date.
However, there are exceptions to this policy that we will consider, but are not obligated to provide, on a case-by-case basis.
1. Discount Codes Not Applied
If you believe you were eligible for a discount and the code did not apply properly, we will gladly refund your method of payment the amount of the discount owed or the current discount offer (if available), whichever is bigger.
2. Multiple Accounts in House
If spouses/domestic partners/parents and children/other shared lives have multiple accounts billed to the same address, we will cancel and refund excess accounts. When making this request to support, please provide the email addresses associated with all accounts in the household for verification purposes.
This also applies to duplicate subscriptions across multiple platforms (eg. an App Store subscription and subscription entered via our website). However, please note that we can not manage subscriptions created through third parties and thus resolving this issue may result in the subscriber not being able to take advantage of certain special offers.
3. Not Used (effective for subscriptions commencing after May 1, 2020)
If the account has not been used to view any content whatsoever since the beginning of the free trial, we will refund the subscription payment, provided we are notified within 3 days of the end of the free trial. Transactions that are not used are non-refundable.
