I cannot log in to my Marquee account. My phone number is not recognised and I cannot proceed any further. Marquee has taken the annual fee of £89.99. Will you please advise me how to regain access.

CHARGED DURING FREE TRIAL
Please CANCEL Marquee TV IMMEDIATELY. My bank Notified me today, 9/22/2025, for a Transaction of $10.78 from MARQUEE.TV. This amount was Debited from my Account that CHARGED ME DURING FREE TRIAL PERIOD. This is an Unauthorized Debit of My Bank Account and Unwanted Subscription for Marquee TV. Please CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION and REFUND My ACCOUNT Immediately.
The Tabs to Access Account for Management are Not Available. As you know there's no way for customers to Cancel Subscriptions on your Website.
