On rare occasions, Samsung Mobile users may get an error message when logging in that reads:
We're sorry, something went wrong when attempting to login.
This error message will often be accompanied by a suggestion to enable cookies. This will cause confusion - especially when the browser in question has already had cookies enabled.
Solution:
The root cause of the problem may be within the Samsung browser. To fix this, go into the Samsung app, open the internet browser and enable cookies.
