If you are an experienced Chromecast user, and you're having issues with buffering, please make sure you are not in any sort of power saving mode. This will interfere with the apps ability to cast.
Questions to ask before submitting a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your specific Chromecast model with your request.
- Does your device access the Marquee service without issue if you're not trying to cast?
- Is there another device in the home that is able to access the Marquee service without issue if you're not trying to cast?
- Are you trying to cast a downloaded program? (Note: our app does not support the casting of downloaded programs).
- Is your device on the same network as your chromecast device
If you are still experiencing Chromecast buffering, then please try casting from another device via the Chrome browser.
If you are still experiencing Chromecast buffering after trying via Chrome browser, please try changing your video quality settings.
